The primer of choice for smooth metal and alloys
Zinc Guard™ Etch Primer is a specific purpose primer designed to etch metal surfaces that are smooth and difficult to bond to. It can be used on ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces including new steel, galvanised iron, aluminium, copper and alloys.

Preparation: Surface should be clean, dry and free from contaminants such as rust, oil, grease and dirt. Sand the surface to achieve the best adhesion.
Application: Shake can for at least 20 seconds after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold can upright approximately 20-25cm from surface. Adjust nozzle to achieve the desired spray pattern. Apply one or two even coats.
Handy Tip: For best results, always remove rust back to bare metal.
